From Wedding Rehearsal to Reception at Stroudsmoor Country Inn

Last weekend's weather was absolutely perfect for Jena and Paul's wedding at St. Matthew's Church in East Stroudsburg.  I love attending wedding rehearsals and meeting everyone, and capturing some of the spontaneous moments the day before a wedding. Spending time with a family prior to the wedding allows me to gain insight into personalities and family relationships that inform my photography.  As they walked down the church aisle during their wedding rehearsal, Paul's playful side broke through his cool reserve as he spun Jena to her surprised delight.This happy couple had hoped that their guests would have a sunny day to enjoy the stunning view from The Stroudsmoor Country Inn's Ridgecrest facility and their dream came true!

I was delighted when my good friend and client Nan asked me to update her professional portrait.  As the Executive Vice-President of Suntex International, she'll able to use these images for her business and non-profit volunteer positions as well as her LinkedIn profile. 

Central Park Engagement Photo Session

I met Brandon and Amanda for the first time in Central Park for their engagement photo session.  It's always fun to meet a couple and try to understand the dynamics at play between them.  And "play" was the operative word.  Brandon makes Amanda laugh with his spontaneous and amusing antics and dry sense of humor.  She's a bit more reserved and they balance each other out perfectly.  I can't wait to photograph their wedding at Crystal Springs Resort this year!  (To enlarge the photo, click on each image.)
